Accessing Atamis

If you are trying to access a supplier portal of an Atamis Client, please navigate to our dedicate Supplier Help Center for specific articles for suppliers. 

Logging In

Your user account will be set up by your Administrator or by the Atamis Support Team. Once your account has been activated please check your email for your login information and follow the link provided in the email. The site prompts you to set a password and choose a security question and answer to verify your identity in case you forget your password.

The login instruction emails will come from a Salesforce address, the platform Atamis is built on, normally support@emea.salesforce.com or noreply@salesforce.com; if you don’t see it in your inbox, check your junk or spam folders

Change Your Password

To change your password and other personal details click on your User icon at the top right of the page, click Settings. Then from your Personal Information menu on the left, click Change My Password.

Forgotten Passwords

If you forget your password, use the forgotten password link on the login page. An auto-generated email will be sent to your email address with instructions for resetting your password. 

User Verification

Atamis 3.0 utilises secure two-level authentication which means if you attempt to login from a different PC or physical location (e.g. your home) for the first time, you will be asked to enter a Verification Code which will be emailed to you. 

Logging Out

The system will automatically log you out after a period of inactivity. The default time period is 2 hours but can be altered by your System Administrator for the organisation and for specific User Profiles. 

To log out manually, click on your User Profile icon at the top right of the page and select Log Out
