The Details Tab will display all key fields for the tender/project record that can be viewed.
If your profile and permissions grant you access to edit rights, you can click Edit or on the pencil icon next to a specific field to make changes, then click Save. Any required fields will be displayed with a red asterisk when in edit mode.
The fields used will depend on your customisations made by your organisation during implementation and may vary from certain illustrative images in this guide. Speak to your administrator for any assistance with customisations in your system.
Project Owner
The owner defaults to the user who creates the project. This is also the user that tasks will be assigned to by default.
To change the owner and reassign all tasks, click the Change Owner icon to the right of the owner's name.
eSourcing Section
- Governing Rules of Procedure - Determines the characteristics and governance criteria for the procurement and will have been set from the template used to create the project. Several fields in the eSourcing section are determined by the procurement procedure and are read-only on this page.
- Procurement Stage - This will be set by the template.
- eSourcing Milestones - Controlled by updating the due date on the task and are displayed in this section for reference.
- Publish Opportunity Checkbox - When the Publish Opportunity on Portal? box is ticket, the project details are visible on the Tender Opportunities site provided by Atamis. The field is set by completing a task of type publish opportunity. Unchecking the box will remove the project from the site.
- Section Weightings Total Flag - This field provides an indication of whether the weightings in each of the approved requirement sections total to 100%.
Gateway Approval Section
If used, this section will contain fields that indicate gateway approvals that are required during the procurement project. Any number of gateways can be configured.
If required by the procedure, users will need to enter the user(s) who will provide the approval.
Approval workflows are triggered when a user clicks Do Now from a task with action type of request approval.
