This article provides an overview of the standard functionality available within a contract or supplier record. Specific articles are provided for how to interact with the various sections of both record types on the help centre.
Your organisation's system may differ from the examples shown in the help centre. Various elements such as fields, page layouts, labels and process flows may have been customised to fit your organisation's specific needs and workflows. This guide remains a valuable resource for navigation and understanding of the Atamis system. The core functionalities remain consistent so you can apply general principles and instructions provided here to your own customised environment. For clarity on the specifics of your particular setup, please contact your system's administrator or super user.
Home Page
To view the Contracts & Supplier home page, navigate to the Contracts & Supplier app using the app manager icon in the top left and select Contracts & Supplier.
The home page tab will allow you to view summary level information via reporting dashboards that relate to contract and supplier records in the system. It also provides a number of quick action buttons to create new records.
This page will have been customised during implementation to your specific requirements and therefore may look different than the example below.
Viewing Your Supplier and Contract Records
The app menu bar will have a number of objects available for you to click on to view list views of certain record types. The menu bar items may have been renamed during your systems configuration.
- To access your contracts, select the contracts tab.
- To access your suppliers, select the suppliers tab.
The page will open to a list view of your suppliers. You can change the view, create new views or apply filters to view a subset of records. For example, you may wish to have a list view that shows only active suppliers or suppliers linked to a certain category.
The default list view is Recently Viewed. You can change your default list view by selecting a different view and clicking the pin icon next to it's name.

To view an existing supplier or contract that exists in the system, select the records name that appears in blue hyperlinked text from the list view. You will be taken to the selected record's page containing all fields and information related to that supplier or contract.
Page Record Layouts
Each record page will consist of a variety of tabs. Both contract and supplier records begin with a details tab which includes fields where key data is entered for reporting and management relating to that record. The remaining fields are described below by record type, please keep in mind that the name of the respective tabs may appear differently in your system if chosen during configuration.
Depending on your screen-size, some tabs may be condensed into a dropdown called More.

Risk* | Record any potential Risk/Issues against the contract and note plans for potential issues |
Governance | FTS, Contracts Finder integrations and Social Value monitoring |
Spend Analysis* | Expenditure linked to the contract |
Asset Management* | Any assets linked to the contract |

Your system may also display a Team tab on these records if you are a larger procurement function. This tab can be utilised to lockdown access and permissions on a contract by team members, using the same team member functionality as in the Tender App. Follow the Managing Team members guidance for the Tender App if this is the case.

Contracts | View all contracts associated with the supplier and all associated frameworks. All bidding activity will show what projects the supplier is a part of and what stages. |
Supplier Assurance | Contains all the responses a supplier sends as part of supplier questionnaire/assessments |
Supplier Certifications | Add certifications provided by the supplier for tracking and monitoring |
Performance Reviews | Log performance reviews that have taken place with the supplier |
Supplier Inventions | Log ideas you may receive from your suppliers |
Supplier Monitoring | This area will display supplier share prices and financial information if available |
Risk* | Record any potential Risk/Issues related to the supplier and note plans for potential issues |

On the right hand side of the page, there is a separate component available that remains visible and typically includes the following tabs related to Core Functionality areas.
