The home page displays when you login to the Atamis system and is identified by the Home tab on the navigation bar at the top of the page. Each home page is typically configured by Atamis for each client, and may further differ for different User Profiles.
An example of a typical Home Page for a Contract & Supplier user is shown below:
- The Home Page will typically display:
- Dashboards containing graphical snapshots of your procurement data and any additional custom dashboards
- Relevant navigation items (Suppliers, Contracts, etc) to provide access to data records for viewing and editing depending on your access rights. If your screen is condensed, there will be a More tab to view any additional navigation items that do not fit on the page
- The default Home Page will contain additional components such as quick links, recent items, tasks or other relevant panels. Your Home Page will depend on which User Profile your administrator has assigned to you.
Dashboards
Dashboards are the most predominant feature of the home page to provide a graphical summary of data that is held in reports. A few examples of typical dashboard views are shown below.
To view the underlying detailed data of a dashboard, click View Report at the bottom of a Dashboard component.
Click on the icon in the top right corner of a dashboard component to expand the view. You can then use your left and right cursor keys to page through other components in the Dashboard.
