When the record type of a Pipeline record is Programme, two additional tabs will be available on the record page to provide additional information to users.
Approvals
If there are approval processes tied to the Pipeline, the Approvals tab will display a list of any current approvals as well as any that have been approved or rejected. The approval history records themselves in the list will contain the reasoning for either outcome if stipulated.
Sub-Pipelines
If you are running a Procurement Programme that contains multiple projects, you will leverage the Sub-Pipelines tab. This allows you to create Pipeline Project records that are linked as a child record of the Programme. This feature helps with more complex relationships between projects, for example where a pre-procurement engagement may be used as the basis for multiple procurement projects.
To create a sub-pipeline record, click New at the top of the list view. Populate the details the same as you would when creating a new Pipeline record.
