Contracts Tab
The Supplier record will display a number of related records to identify the suppliers activity with your organisation under the Contracts tab of a Supplier record. This includes the contracts and projects the supplier is associated with, what frameworks they are a part of, and what stage the supplier is at in various ongoing projects through their bidding activity.
This information is presented in three related list views which show any records of each type (Contract and Project records, Framework records and Bidding Activity records) which have linked to this supplier. You can click the blue hyperlinked reference on any list item to be taken to that records page.
Supplier Bidding records are linked to the following areas of the Atamis system:
- Tenders - Allows a simple tracking of suppliers who are participating on the specific tender
- Procurements - Allows the supplier participation on a procurement
- Procurement Templates - Allows the repository of suppliers which can be later used for procurements. The purpose of this can vary such as approved suppliers, categorised suppliers, etc.
- Supplier Assessments - Supplier Bidding records are created by the system as a formality to allow the suppliers to respond and submit their responses for the specific assessment.
