Logging in and out and password resets.

Logging in

Your user account will be set up by the Atamis Support Team. Once your account has been activated please check your email for your login information and follow the link provided in the email. The site prompts you to set a password and choose a security question and answer to verify your identity in case you forget your password.

Tip: the login instruction emails will come from a Salesforce address, normally support@emea.salesforce.com or noreply@salesforce.com; if you don’t see it in your inbox, check your junk or spam folders

When you have set up your login details, we recommend you bookmark one of these login pages:

https://atamis.cloudforce.com (recommended for Systems created after Jan 2014) https://login.salesforce.com (recommended for Systems created before Jan 2014)

 

Change Your Password

To change your password and other personal details click on your User icon at the top right of the page, click Settings. Then from your Personal Information menu on the left, click Change My Password.

 Forgotten Password?

If you forget your password, please use the link on the login page. This will generate an email to your email address with instructions for resetting your password.

 

Logging in From a Different Location

Atamis 3.0 utilises secure two-level authentication which means that if you attempt to login from a different PC or physical location (e.g. your home) for the first time, then you will also be asked to enter a Verification Code which will be emailed to you.

 

Logging Out

The system will automatically log you out after a period of inactivity. The default time period is 2 hours but can be altered by your system Administrator for the organisation and for specific User Profiles.

To log out manually, click on your User Profile icon at the top right of the page and select Log Out.
