E&M Hub - Landing Page & Project Tracking

The Evaluation & Moderation (E&M) Hub is a new, single home page where evaluators and moderators find every project they’re involved in and see exactly what needs their attention — replacing the previous journey of separate emailed links per stage.

Projects sit under four tabs, each with access to a live search, ordered by the least time remaining on the active stage.

A status button for both evaluation and moderation always reflects the project’s current procurement stage, so an earlier stage never confuses the status of the current one:

Colour-coded chips and dismissible banners flag the deadline that matters to that user, clearing automatically once they finish their part or a contract is awarded:

All Projects — every project the user is involved in, sorted by deadline

To Action — projects with outstanding work, with deadline banners where relevant

Upcoming — projects not yet open for the user's evaluation or moderation

Closed — projects where evaluation and moderation have finished

Evaluators and moderators get one place to see what needs action, and by when, without guesswork. Deadline warnings are personal to each user’s own outstanding work, so people are never chased for a stage or role that isn’t theirs, and buyers get faster access to the projects they need to check on.
