ATA-945
The first time a user navigates to a project’s evaluation page, a Conflict of Interest (COI) check runs against the suppliers involved.
Step one lists the project’s suppliers for the evaluator or moderator to review — shown as an accordion once there are more than six — followed by two declarations: “I confirm that I have no conflict of interests” or “I do have a potential conflict of interest,” with a rich-text field for details, which is saved against the team record. Step two confirms the declaration is complete and lets the user continue straight to the project.
Scope: declaring a conflict does not block someone from evaluating or moderating as normal. Where a project has been set up to omit a person’s scores because of a declared conflict, that omission is handled by existing project configuration — not by this screen.
Conflict declarations are captured consistently, in context, before anyone starts scoring — rather than relying on a separate process. The shorter two-step flow gets evaluators and moderators into their actual work faster, without losing the audit trail.
