A Faster, Auto-Saving Project Moderation Page
Overview

The project moderation page mirrors the evaluation experience, with the same navigation-and-detail layout, but is fixed to ordering requirements by section only.

Product functionality

Editing a score or rationale via the pencil icon auto-saves immediately. The layout adapts automatically for Pass/Fail requirements, auto-scored requirements, and — where the project is configured to show it — the evaluator average score. Expanding a requirement’s answers (via the eye icon) orders each evaluator’s response by score, highest to lowest, then by evaluator name. View Supplier Response opens the supplier’s answer in a new window, in the same layout used during evaluation.

Moderation only becomes available once the evaluation deadline has passed, and closes as one project-wide event — once every current-stage section is formally finished, every moderator sees Submitted and everyone else sees Closed, rather than this being tracked per moderator.

Please note: until Evaluation Deadlines are set automatically for a procurement (tracked separately as ATA-1355), continue to set them manually so moderation opens as expected.

Benefits

Moderators get a faster, larger, auto-saving review experience, with evaluators’ answers pre-ordered by score so the strongest and weakest responses are easy to compare. Because moderation only opens once evaluation has genuinely finished, and closes as a single project-wide event, the record stays consistent regardless of who moderated which section.
