The Evaluation & Moderation Hub: a Rebuilt End-to-End Journey
Overview

The Evaluation & Moderation (E&M) Hub redesigns the end-to-end journey for evaluators and moderators — from the moment they land on their Hub, through Conflict of Interest declaration, to scoring and moderation — replacing the previous experience of separate emailed links, fragmented status tracking, and a cramped moderation text box. The full journey has been rebuilt on Lightning Web Components, built to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, and adapts to mobile and other restricted screen sizes.

What’s included

This release is covered across four linked entries, each detailed on its own page over the following pages.

Groups every project a user is involved in into one place, with clear status tracking and personalised deadline warnings.

A simplified two-step declaration, run before scoring begins, checking each evaluator and moderator against the project’s suppliers.

A rebuilt scoring interface for evaluators, with in-context guidance and documentation alongside each requirement.

Mirrors the evaluation experience for moderators, with a larger text box, auto-save, and evaluators’ answers ordered by score.

Benefits

Evaluators and moderators get one place to see what needs action, and by when, without guesswork, plus a faster and more accessible experience end-to-end. The E&M Hub is available upon request: please raise a change request with your Atamis Professional Services contact to have it activated for your organisation.
