AUTUMN 2026
The Autumn 2026 release is headlined by the new Evaluation & Moderation (E&M) Hub in the Tender App — a redesigned, single home page for evaluators and moderators covering their full journey, from the Hub landing page through Conflict of Interest declaration to scoring and moderation. It replaces the previous experience of separate emailed links, fragmented status tracking, and a cramped moderation text box with clear project tracking, personalised deadline warnings, and a modern scoring and moderation experience built to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
The redesign is covered across four areas detailed later in this document: the Hub landing page, which groups every project a user is involved in with clear status tracking; a simplified two-step Conflict of Interest declaration; a rebuilt Project Evaluation scoring interface with in-context guidance and documentation; and a matching Project Moderation experience with a larger text box and auto-save.
Alongside the E&M Hub, this release carries a substantial set of defect resolutions and reliability improvements. Notice publishing is more robust, with fixes to F20, UK6, UK7 and UK12 validation logic that previously blocked publishing unnecessarily or duplicated content. KPI scheduling and the Supplier Portal’s KPI status and due date display have been corrected, and contract financial calculations – including Contract Saving periods, Estimated Annual Value, and validation rules that could block overnight processing – now behave correctly.
Permissions and security have also been tightened, including a fix to the Message Centre identified through a penetration test, corrected access on a restricted permission set, and restored Contract Document Folder sharing for procurement team members. Integration reliability has improved for DocuSign and Contracts Finder document handling, and further fixes cover the Send Bidding Letters pop-up and feedback link, and a permission issue when creating pipelines or programmes from a template.
Collectively, these changes deliver the most significant enhancement to the evaluation and moderation experience to date, alongside improved reliability, security, and usability across both buyer and supplier journeys.
One place to see every tender you are evaluating or moderating, what is still outstanding and when it is due.
The Autumn 2026 release introduces the Evaluation & Moderation Hub in the Tender App. It is the biggest change to the evaluation experience Atamis has shipped, and it is the first part of the product rebuilt to our new design standard.
If you evaluate or moderate tenders, this replaces the way you have worked until now. No more hunting through your inbox for the right link. No more opening each project one by one to work out what is left to do. No more scoring a requirement while the guidance you need sits in a document somewhere else.
Evaluation is where a procurement process is most exposed. It is the stage that has to stand up to challenge, the stage where panels are largest and least familiar with the system, and the stage that runs to a deadline that cannot slip. Until now, the experience did not reflect that.
